Healing Leaf Apothecary carefully packages each order to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During seasonal launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside our control.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information by email once an order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Healing Leaf Apothecary is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, weather disruptions, or delivery issues once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist when possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging.
